| The quality of the
actuation (under control) depends on the accuracy of the
potentiometer. The signal of the potentiometers is
compared with an external high-resolution encoder. The
diagram shows the sensing error of the potentiometer over
the actuation travel of +/- 62°.
The linearity error is less than +/- 1°, while the offset error is less than 0.5°. |
