Elevator Trim Drive System

Each actuator drives two independent trim tab linkages. To achieve a self-locking function the spindles have a trapezoidal thread. The worm gear improves the self-locking behaviour. On one side of the actuator is the drive input, while on the other side is the position sensor pickup.
